Small By Design
Our programs are small on purpose. We strive to optimize the number of participants in order to maximize the experience. We have a rolling admission process, and process registrations in the order received. A program spot is reserved when we receive your registration form and deposit.
Enrollment
When we change the Enrollment status to Closed/Waitlist (4th column in the table above), the program is full and all spots are taken. For semester programs, when it gets close to being full we post how many spots are left. Please note that we don’t update this every day, and as such sometimes it will say that there’s a spot available when it has already been filled. For information on how many spots remain on a specific course, contact us.
If the Enrollment for the program you’re interested in is closed, you can still register and be added to a waiting list. Last-minute drop outs are not uncommon, so there is a chance you’ll still be able to participate in the program. Please don’t send us a deposit if you’re on a waiting list. If you do, we’ll refund it, but if we can avoid the hassle, we’d like to.
