The multidisciplinary curriculum of our programs is comprised of the following courses, organized around the 7 elements of skill, journey, craft, nature, culture, sustainability and self. For long-term students we also offer programs in business planning and administration.
Think of courses as academic packages of information. They combine together to form our immersion programs, just as a semester of college is comprised of numerous courses. Not every course is a part of every semester. We’ll be updating our web site to reflect which course are part of each immersion program in the near future.
To Summarize:
Courses: Topic-based, components of our field-based programs. Each course has it’s own intended learning outcomes and specific assessment criteria.
Programs: Learning programs in the field or online, comprised of one or multiple courses.
This is the complete list of courses we offer. Individual programs will have a list of what is covered on that program.
